SHIPPING POLICY

At RJ-Fountains.com we are committed to doing our utmost to ensure high-quality shipping. We are only able to ship to addresses in the US.

Products are shipped by UPS/FedEx within two business days of receipt of the order. The usual delivery time is between 4-10 working days, although during holiday and busy times delivery may take longer. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.

(Note: If payment is made by e-check there will be a 4 day processing delay awaiting clearance of the e-check.)

Items are subject to availability from the manufacturer. If an item is out of stock or not available at the time of your order, we will notify you by email to arrange a refund. Should you be prepared to wait until the item is restocked we will keep you informed along the way.

Some products are delicate and require special packaging and insurance. We are happy to offer this as a free service to ensure your item will arrive safely and in perfect condition.

We reserve the right to ship items separately.

SHIPPING COSTS

There is a minimum shipping charge of $7.50.

Please note: Our standard shipping charges are to the 48 continental US states and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an extra charge.

Shipping Costs vary depending upon the weight of the item and the distance it must be shipped.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 15 day 100% guarantee on merchandise. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and the return postage must be paid by you.

The restocking fee and return postage charge do not apply to defective items. Every effort is made to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. However, should any item arrive damaged or not in working order we are happy to replace it. Please note that before returning any item, you will require a return authorization number from us. We will also advise you of how, when and where to return the item.
